If you call after hours to report a claim emergency you will go directly into our voicemail system. As soon as you hear our greeting you can press "5" to go into our claim emergency reporting system. Once there, you will be voice prompted to answer three questions: 1) State your name and the name of your church; 2) Give a phone number where you may be reached; and 3) Leave details about your claim emergency. After each prompt, you will leave your message after a tone, then the voicemail system will "listen" for two seconds of silence before it stops recording and moves to the next prompt. The system will then call the claims representative on duty and they will return your call as soon as possible.
